a safe, comforting space where you can relax, restore
and rejuvenate your mind, body and soul, allowing

Meet The Team
Originally from Waimanalo, Oahu, Helene,(Owner,
Licensed Massage Therapist, Clinical Massage
Therapist) brings her many years of massage
experience and knowledge to our team. After
completing massage school, she moved on to
building her own thriving practice on Oahu then
made the decision to build a new space in Hilo. Helene
feels that a healer awakens the ability within you so
you may heal yourself.
Mose, (Owner, Licensed Massage Therapist) is from Kaneohe,
Oahu. He graduated from Hawaii Healing Arts College where he
learned multiple massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and sports massage. Mose believes that massage is a partnership built on trust. "By trusting each other, we can walk this journey of healing together."
